Our Ranch

We are a family business, where the owners, Kris and Shelley Caiati live on the property and oversee the day to day ranch operations. Both Kris and Shelley were born and raised in Petaluma. Kris was raised around horses has his parents had a private horse facility of their own in the early 80's in which they raised and showed AQHA horses around the state of CA and OR.

Our Breeding

We are pleased to stand CAPSIZED, a 1996 dark bay stallion, who has a lifetime earning at the race track of over $480,000, and is a Saratoga Grade 3 Stakes winner.
